Abstracts
All participants are invited to submit abstracts of scientific communications which will be peer-reviewed by the scientific committee. The abstracts of the accepted communications will be published in the book of abstracts distributed to all symposium attendants.
Abstracts for posters can be submitted from December 1st, 2023 until March 28th, 2024.
Abstracts must be submitted in English via the Abstract Submission tool (available under the Registration menu on this website). Please note that your registration is required to submit abstracts, but payment is not mandatory at this stage. However, accepted abstracts will only be published in the book of abstracts of the symposium after full payment of the registration fee.
You will always receive an acknowledgement of your abstract submission. If you do not receive anything, please send an email to to make sure we have received your abstract. Notification on acceptance (and day of presentation) of the abstract will be emailed before May 15th, 2024.

Oral Comunication Guidelines
The Oral presentations will have 15 minutes of presentation and 5 minutes for questions.
Poster presentation guidelines
Poster size is A0 (nominally 90 cm wide and 120 cm high), in portrait format (no landscape). A poster number will be assigned to each abstract and will be announced to the first author, along with the day of presentation.
Poster presenters are responsible for setting up and removing the posters.
